Dear APECS Canada Members,
As you might have seen in an important email from APECS International on Wednesday of this week, you are required to reconfirm your APECS membership. This is done as we have to comply with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) in the European Union which is coming into effect on 25 May 2018. Since our international Directorate Office is based in the EU (Germany) we have to ensure our compliance with the new regulations for our mailing lists. All of you will have to re-confirm your membership to continue receiving emails from APECS and also our National Committee, regardless of whether you are in the EU or not.
Please follow the instructions sent to you in the email from APECS, or listed here in the APECS News.
Our APECS Canada mailing list will be updated on Saturday and only those who have reconfirmed their membership with APECS, will remain on it and will continue receiving our communications. If you cannot re-confirm your membership by this time, please follow the instructions in the link above: a few simple steps and you will be back on our mailing list!
