Dear APECS Canada members,
Polar Knowledge Canada (POLAR) has a need for additional capacity this summer to advance work involving a literature review and writing about a wide spectrum of Arctic science subjects. To fill a short-term project needs, POLAR is looking to identify up to 4 students with the following skills:
-A strong understanding of literature review and capacity to organize and synthesize thematic subject matter
-Have interest in or previous experience synthesizing complex scientific concepts in plain language
-Capacity to follow timelines and work remotely
-A background in any one of the following would be an asset:
· Terrestrial and Marine Ecosystems Science
· Cryosphere and Climate Change Research
· Social Sciences and Health Research
· Renewable Resources and improving northern housing infrastructure
